Airborne allergens can be things like dust, pet dander, mold spores, and a whole lot more. In order to eliminate the symptoms from a sinus infection, you first have to figure out where the indoor allergies might be coming from and take steps to eliminate them. One of the best ways to do this is with an air filter.

If you have an air filtration system in your home, especially one that is fitted with the proper HEPA filtration, then you’re going to eliminate the majority of contaminants in the air that is causing your sinus symptoms. You also need to clean thoroughly including removing pet hair from the carpet and furniture.
