3. Check Your Diet
Another thing that you can do is to look at your diet and see if there’s anything that you are eating that could be causing your sinus infections. Sensitivity to some foods and food allergies contribute to a fairly significant number of sinus infection cases. Many people do not even realize that they have these sensitivities, but figure that their sinus infection symptoms are due to something else entirely.
Some of the common food allergies and sensitivities that are out there include dairy, sugar, and gluten. There may be others that you have problems with, but the good news is: it is easy to find out what is causing your sinus symptoms if it is a food allergy. All you have to do is eliminate foods from your diet one by one until you figure out what is causing the problem and then you can eliminate it permanently.
