4. Use Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is great for high blood pressure for a number of reasons. For starters, this is once again a vasodilator. At the same time though, it’s also beneficial because it is able to reduce the bad kind of cholesterol.
There are actually two types of cholesterol, those being LDL and HLD. LDL is ‘low-density lipoprotein’ and this is the kind that is bad for your blood pressure. This causes fatty deposits to be left around the inside of the blood vessels. To continue our straw analogy, imagine drinking a very thick, sticky substance and then trying to drink water with the same straw. The sticky substance will be caught inside the straw and this will make it harder to drink the water!
Aloe vera can help to reduce the amount of LDL in your system but at the same make the blood vessels wider!
