1. Garlic Chicken Tray Bake
Garlic has a ton of health benefits and is also very delicious. So, what could be better than pairing it with chicken – which is also healthy as a lean protein and also very delicious?
To make garlic chicken traybake, you’ll be chopping some small pieces of chicken and then placing them on a baking tray with plenty of olive oil. You’ll also be chopping up a whole lot of onion to go with this, which will also be covered in oil, and you’ll be adding whole cloves of garlic, still in their purple-ish outer shell. Add three of these cloves for each person.
Cover this in foil and bake on 200C in a fan over for around 20 minutes. They remove the foil and cook for a further 10-20 minutes until it is crispy. You can serve this with a side of broccoli and some potato wedges. OR you can also consider adding the potato wedges to the traybake itself to save time.
