3. Chorizo Chicken Tray Bake
This delicious and easy recipe is simply a combination of the two previous recipes… but the result is even more delicious!
This time you will use whole chicken breasts (one or two per person, depending on appetite!) and you will be combining the chorizo ingredient with the traybake method. Once again, chop up some onion and this time chop some garlic (a lot less this time!). You’ll also be adding in some chorizo, cut into small slices with the intention of it frying and becoming deliciously crispy and strong tasting.
Now place all this onto a tray with plenty of olive oil again and add in some rosemary on top which will make the flavor all the more delicious. Now bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until crispy and until you can see the juices from the chicken and from the chorizo running in with the oil.
Serve with some potato chips or roast potato, along with some veg on the side. Once again, you can also opt to cook the potatoes in with the chicken.
