You may not realize it, but fresh fruit is just as delicious as the donuts and pastries that many people fill their bodies with at breakfast time. The problem is, you get so used to that sugar overload you don’t even taste the sugar that is in fresh fruit. That’s why you need to cut out the pastries altogether and start getting back to basics.

After a few weeks of eating fresh fruit for breakfast, you will be getting all of the sugar that you would possibly want; and there are so many different foods to choose from. Your selection of fresh fruit for breakfast may include apples, oranges, grapes, honeydew melon, watermelon, or anything you can find in the produce aisle. It will take only a short time for your body and mind to get used to fresh fruit and find it just as delicious as you used to find those bear claws.
