4. Coffee
Drinking a cup of coffee in the morning is something many people look forward to. Coffee does more than giving off a great aroma and helping you to perk up before you face your day. Caffeine provides a stimulant for the digestive system. This means that indulging in your morning cup of coffee can not only get your mind up and running but your digestive system as well. A cup or two of coffee each morning is good, but make sure that you do not overdo it with your coffee intake.
Drinking too much coffee can have the opposite effect as coffee acts as a diuretic and make you urinate more frequently. If you drink too much coffee it may cause you to have constipation as it may dehydrate the body and draw out the water that is typically used to help soften your bowel movements. Stick to a cup or two each morning and you should be fine.
