3. Better Air
There are many things that most of us do on a daily basis that are bad for our health. These include breathing in polluted and harmful air. Often we breathe air that is high in toxins and in allergens as a result of breathing in car fumes and dander from outside. Likewise, our air typically has a high density of bacteria.
At the same time, we will often breathe air that is overly dried out or overly moist – both of which can aggravate and inflame the throat. Both these things often come as a result of spending time in sealed rooms with other people – which causes us to breathe and rebreathe the same air.
One solution is to look into using a better HVAC system. This could mean looking at something that is able to remove toxins and bacteria using HEPA for instance. It might also mean using a humidifier or dehumidifier to make the air optimal for breathing.
