2. Tortillas
Just like white bread, tortillas are high carb foods that should be avoided. The average flour tortilla contains a whopping 36 grams of carbs of which only two grams is fiber. With this many carbs in a single serving, it is best to avoid eating tortillas altogether.
For those who just love a good taco or enchilada, there is some good news. There are some stores that carry a low carb tortilla that can be used as a substitute. These tortillas typically have around 5 grams of carbs, which is fairly low.
When it comes down to it though, most bread and grains simply have too high of a carb count to be included in any type of low carb diet. Flour tortillas have such a high carb count that you should simply avoid eating them altogether.
