4. When You Have Low Blood Pressure
Now that you know low blood pressure isn’t always necessarily positive, the next thing to ensure is that you can spot when it is a problem when you need to act and what you can do in order to act.
And specifically, that means that you need to know the clinical diagnosis.
Low blood pressure is typically considered to be anything under 90/60. If you are measured as such at your doctor’s, then they will consider you as having ‘low blood pressure’.
That said though, this doesn’t necessarily mean that your physician will act! That’s because low blood pressure isn’t always considered a problem. Rather, the doctor will only do anything about your low blood pressure if you report that you experience symptoms. If you get bouts of dizziness or nausea, if you feel out of breath, or if you feel groggy in the mornings, then they might recommend you take action.
