5. Blisters
While it’s possible that you will have no rash to speak of, it’s also very possible that you will have a much more severe rash. This may result in the appearance of fluid-filled blisters, which are very similar to those that you see in chickenpox. These types of blisters will often appear in just one localized area, rather than spreading around the body. They are most usually found on the torso or on the face, but they might also appear elsewhere – on the lower portions of the body for instance.
These blisters can be painful and itchy, but it’s important not to scratch them if possible as this can lead to scarring and potentially even an infection – which will exacerbate the problem significantly. Instead, then, aim to apply cooling and soothing lotions to try and ease the discomfort.
