6. Chicken and Avo Baguette
This is a simple but delicious recipe. Buy a half or a whole chicken and then just tear pieces off (this tastes even better with the skin on). Add each piece to a baguette and scoop out some pieces of avocado as well.
Spread each side of the baguette with mayonnaise, add the pieces of chicken and the avocado. From here, you have numerous options for additions to add. Some great choices include bacon, small pieces of cheese (parmesan slices work very well), or even an egg. Throw in some salad leaves, or enjoy with a full salad on the side. This is a very delicious recipe meal that is high in protein – but doesn’t forget that avocado is also rather calorific – so this isn’t ideal for those that are dieting.
