6. Consume More Fiber
Fiber is one of the best remedies for high blood pressure. That’s because fiber is able to clear out the blood vessels – so long as you are consuming the water-soluble kind.
What this will mean, is that the fiber is able to be broken down and then absorbed into your bloodstream. That means that it will then pass around your body and as it does, it will act a little bit like a ‘broom’ in that it helps to clear away fatty deposits.
