5. Have an Aspirin
Another great option is to consume aspirin. Aspirin is a painkiller/analgesic, meaning that it can help you to deal with symptoms of high blood pressure such as angina (chest pain).
What’s more though, is that aspirin is also a blood thinner, meaning that it makes the blood literally thinner.
To use the straw analogy one more time: this time it’s like drinking water through a straw versus drinking a very thick milkshake. The water simply passes through the straw more easily because it is not as viscous.
Just be cautious when using all these methods: if you use lots of vasodilators and an aspirin, then you will risk lowering your blood pressure to the extent that it can no longer get around your body and this can cause light-headedness and fainting.
