5. Warm Bath
A warm bath can also be effective in helping you to relax and allow your systems to reset. What’s more, is that the warm water will help to relax the muscles and thereby ease any pressure that you might be feeling on the neck.
You can also use a number of salts or essential oils in the bath to help further reduce swelling and to treat nausea. The main thing to be careful of here is that you don’t fall while getting in the bath. If you don’t feel safe, then it is highly important that you have someone in the room with you to keep an eye on you and to help should you need it!
