2. Lettuce
Similarly, another food you can eat that is just fine for someone that is gluten-free is lettuce. Lettuce is a salad leaf that is found in many salads but it can also be used in a wide variety of other ways. In particular, lettuce works very well when it is used as a wrap in order to hold other foods. This latter usage is what makes it so great as a gluten-free diet option.
Simply take the lettuce, place some protein in the middle and some salad bits, and then warp it up. You’re left with a delicious wrap that is convenient to hold and to eat and which is packed with additional goodness thanks to the healthy properties of lettuce.
