4. Scrambled Eggs & Beans
If you have a nifty little pan on the stove and some olive oil, you can cook up a scrambled egg in about two minutes. If you do not have two minutes for breakfast, then a whole lot of things on this list are going to be off-limits for you; the great thing about scrambled eggs as they contain tons of protein, and as long as you don’t use vegetable oil or butter, you’re only getting about 80 calories or so.
But a scrambled egg all by itself is pretty boring. That’s why we recommend that you cook up some beans beforehand and reheat them as part of your scrambled eggs breakfast. You can even add some tiny grape tomatoes and serve it all on a slice of whole-wheat bread if you want to add a little fiber to your breakfast. As long as you heat the beans up beforehand, this should take you three minutes or less to prepare and eat.
