5. Water is a Great Cure
In order to deal with hypotension, there are lots of things you can do. We’ve already seen that eating more salt can be a great solution.
Another important tip is to drink more water. This might come as a surprise, seeing as you may think that drinking water would dilute the blood, thereby making it thinner and making you more likely to experience the unwanted symptoms associated with hypotension.
However, this isn’t going to happen to enough of an extent for it to have any marked impact on the way you feel or the way that blood moves around your body. What you’ll find instead is that drinking more water provides you with the means to create more blood. The more water you drink, the more blood you can create, and the more will end up packed tightly into your veins – thereby increasing your blood pressure.
