2. Cardio.
Everyone knows that physical exercise is important for our health and that all of us should perform some degree of exercise in order to stay fit. This is especially important in the case of blood pressure because the way our heartbeats is directly linked to how our blood circulates throughout our body, and therefore, blood pressure.
A weaker heart needs to make a bigger effort to pump blood through our vessels, so blood pressure will be higher. On the other hand, a stronger heart won’t rise our pressure as much.
The best way to strengthen our heart is to do some cardio exercise every one or two days. A 30-minute power walk will do the job just fine, but you can also engage in a more complete exercise routine, or even combine them both. Remember that fun activities like sports and dancing also count as cardio.
