21. Chamomile
Another type of tea that is very good for easing diarrhea is chamomile. Chamomile tea will help to provide relief from abdominal pain thanks to its analgesic properties. It is also very good for treating stomach complaints and disorders and is particularly comforting when you are feeling unwell.
To benefit from chamomile tea, just steep a teaspoon of chamomile flowers with some peppermint in a cup of boiling water. You can alternatively buy ready-made chamomile teabags.
